Minimum Purchase Commitment

Private events at Haley Williams Home have a $750 minimum purchase commitment in place of a traditional rental fee.

The $750 may be spent on merchandise in the store, and purchases made by both the host and guests during the event count toward the minimum. If the full $750 minimum is met, there is no additional fee for use of the space.

If purchases do not reach $750, the host is responsible for the remaining difference.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A $500 refundable damage deposit is required to reserve the space. The deposit will be returned following the event, provided there is no damage to the store, furnishings, merchandise, equipment, or other property.

Event Hours

Events held Monday through Friday may begin at 5:00 PM or later.

Events held on Saturday may begin at 4:00 PM or later.

Events held on Sunday may begin at any reasonable hour agreed upon in advance with Haley Williams Home.

All events, including cleanup and departure of guests and vendors, must conclude by 10:30 PM.

Setup & Cleanup

Setup may begin during regular store hours at the discretion of Haley Williams Home. All setup arrangements and arrival times must be approved by the store in advance so that they do not interfere with normal store operations.

The host is responsible for cleanup following the event and for leaving the event space in the condition in which it was found.

Cleaning services may be requested in advance for an additional fee.

Outside Vendors

The host must provide Haley Williams Home with a complete list of all outside vendors, including the vendor or business name, primary contact, phone number, and email address, no later than one week prior to the event.

All outside vendors and their setup and delivery arrangements are subject to approval by Haley Williams Home.

Alcohol

If alcohol will be served at an event, the host is responsible for ensuring that the event complies with all applicable City of Red Bank and State of Tennessee laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and permitting requirements.

Alcohol purchased by the host and provided complimentary to guests may not be sold, included in the price of admission, exchanged for donations, or otherwise provided in connection with a financial transaction.

If alcohol will be sold, provided by a vendor, included with admission, or otherwise distributed in a manner requiring a permit or license, the host is solely responsible for obtaining any required City of Red Bank beer permit, Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission license, or other applicable permit or license prior to the event.

Haley Williams Home reserves the right to request proof of any required permits or licenses before alcohol may be served on the premises.

Guest Limit

Private events at Haley Williams Home are limited to a maximum of 75 guests, unless a lower occupancy limit is required by applicable fire, building, or safety codes.

Liability

The host assumes responsibility for the conduct and safety of their guests, vendors, contractors, and invitees during the event.

Haley Williams Home, its owners, employees, and representatives are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property belonging to the host, guests, or vendors, or for injury or loss arising from the actions of the host, guests, vendors, or other third parties, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The host is responsible for any damage to Haley Williams Home property, merchandise, furnishings, fixtures, or equipment caused by the host, their guests, or their vendors during setup, the event, or cleanup. Any costs exceeding the refundable damage deposit will be the responsibility of the host.

Nothing in these terms is intended to waive liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
